The conference will be held using WEBEX software (Video Conferencing, Cloud Calling & Screen Sharing | Webex by Cisco). Every participant, regardless of their role as presenter or observer, should create a free account at Webex in order to participate at the Symposium.
Keynote speakers will have 30 minutes time window for presentation of which 25 minutes should be used for the presentation, while 5 minutes will be used for questions.
Each participant will have 15 minutes for their presentations including associated questions. The presentations will be presented directly by the presenters or, in the case of bad internet connection, presenters can contact organizers and send the video of the presentation one week ahead.
Participants should create short video (max. 3 minutes) that will be uploaded on the Symposium`s Google Drive. The poster presentations will be available to participants and observers during the Symposium. Poster sessions will be held as joint session during the last day of the conference where presenters will be able to discuss with other participants and observers.
Presenter should send their videos at least one week prior to the conference. Before sending the presentations, authors will receive the link for uploading the videos. Deadline for submission is September 26, 2022 24:00 CET.
